I’m Max, a business consultant with a passion for systems management and organization. First and foremost I love turning data into information. That’s because information allows for efficient design and organization of workspaces, tasks, databases, workflows, sprints and anything that makes a project better and more easily completed. Secondly, I love optimizing the allocation of scarce resources, especially time. That’s why I believe in process automation and integration between tools to save you precious time that you can allocate in a more productive way.

I am a Notion Certified Consultant and process automator (Make.com Partner + Zapier expert) working with businesses of all sizes to help them design and integrate their Notion workspaces with other systems so they can run all their processes in one place and take advantage of full consolidation of data and tools.

A business consultant with a background in Project Management, Digital Marketing Strategy and UX design, I am based in London and I offer advice to companies based in the UK, in Italy or anywhere you like.
